I had my starter replaced in February and started having problems again in October I called and they scheduled me an appointment the following week. Replacement and labor was no charge as it should of been thank you for being prompt

Friendly service. They did a tire change over to winter tires. I thought the price to chage tires was slightly high but not sure what the other shops are charging.

Awesome customer service and fantastic technicians. Great pricing.

Work was done sooner than I expected and costs were as discussed and did not go over. Great communication. Only had it back for a couple hundred miles but so far so good. Will be bringing vehicles to this shop in the future and have already recommended them to one friend for a problem with his truck. Thanks

Easy drop off the evening before appointment. Pleasant phone calls from the office as diagnostic were completed - asking permission to move forward to remedy the issue. Easy pay and pick-up. Our family has used L&M Auto Repair for many years, with numerous vehicles. We appreciate their ability to get us back on the road asap. Thank you!

No one likes spending money on fixing your car, but this is the best shop in Alaska that I’ve done that at. Had my mini in and out super quickly, the communication was beyond fantastic and the team was great to work with. Definitely the most efficient experience I’ve had with a car shop yet.

I needed to replace 2 leaf spring bushings on a sprinter van and L&M worked until 7pm on a Friday evening to get my van done so that I could get back to the road, in spite of the parts being delivered at 1200 that day. Super service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they answered every question that I asked.

We recently had our 2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7L cam tower leak repaired and power steering pump replaced. Christine was able to get us in right away and kept us informed and answered any questions we had going forward. Gerald the expert mechanic who worked on our vehicle was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented who informed us of any additional parts needed such as the timing chain. `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````We met the new owner Chris who was very pleasant and mentioned L&M always stands by completed work and each repair carries a 12,000 mile warranty. We’ve been customers of L&M for over 30 years and have always had great experiences working with their team. Stop on by and talk to Christine who’s a wonderful person and down to earth and runs the day to day internal workings like a seasoned boat captain. Thank you, Doug and Edith McKee
