No one likes spending money on fixing your car, but this is the best shop in Alaska that I’ve done that at. Had my mini in and out super quickly, the communication was beyond fantastic and the team was great to work with. Definitely the most efficient experience I’ve had with a car shop yet.

I needed to replace 2 leaf spring bushings on a sprinter van and L&M worked until 7pm on a Friday evening to get my van done so that I could get back to the road, in spite of the parts being delivered at 1200 that day. Super service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they answered every question that I asked.

We recently had our 2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7L cam tower leak repaired and power steering pump replaced. Christine was able to get us in right away and kept us informed and answered any questions we had going forward. Gerald the expert mechanic who worked on our vehicle was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented who informed us of any additional parts needed such as the timing chain. `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````We met the new owner Chris who was very pleasant and mentioned L&M always stands by completed work and each repair carries a 12,000 mile warranty. We’ve been customers of L&M for over 30 years and have always had great experiences working with their team. brought a hybrid car here for a pre-purchase inspection and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They got the car into the shop right at my appointment time, and they had the experience and equipment to properly check the health of the hybrid battery, which was important to me. Once the inspection was finished, they provided comprehensive diagnostics and took the time to explain the results. I really appreciated how honest, professional, and friendly everyone was. I felt like I got a very thorough and straightforward assessment of the car before making such a big purchase.
